We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. If your country isn't available, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Digital products (the ebook) are delivered electronically and have no shipping.

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and delivery is carried out by the Palestinian postal service or a licensed courier.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the option you select, so you always see the cost before paying. Any free-shipping threshold, if offered, is shown in your cart.

Where the carrier provides tracking, we'll share it with you. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we'll help arrange redelivery or a solution.
