Please choose carefully before ordering. All sales are final — we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where an item arrives damaged or faulty as set out below.

Once an order is placed we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds. Please review the items, options, and quantities in your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a free replacement — see our Warranty & Support policy.
This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Digital products
Digital products (the ebook) cannot be returned or refunded once access has been delivered. If a file is faulty or you can't access it, contact us and we'll resend it or fix the issue.

لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات الرقمية (الكتاب الإلكتروني) أو استرداد قيمتها بعد إتاحة الوصول إليها. وإذا كان الملف معيبًا أو تعذّر عليك الوصول إليه، تواصل معنا وسنعيد إرساله أو نصلح المشكلة.
